After you have scheduled your appointment, you’ll receive a text message and email with a link to complete the remaining steps. You will also receive a QR code that you will scan at the check-in kiosk when you arrive at the urgent care clinic.

Please Note:

  • If you arrive at the clinic without a schedule ahead appointment, our front desk staff can help schedule one for you based on the next availability.
  • If there are no remaining appointments available, the patient may be added to a standby list. Due to a limited number of appointments being available, we cannot guarantee that patients who are added to the standby list will be seen.
  • If there are no appointments available at your clinic location, you may decide to visit a local emergency department or schedule an appointment on the following day or at a different urgent care location.
